Tower Revolution - UABB Exhibition Shenzhen/ Hong Kong
This exhibition at the 2013 Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/ Architecture (UABB) in Shenzhen/ Hong Kong showed a collection of alternative residential tower typology design that can be understood as a first step to add more diversity to the Hong Kong housing market. It explores alternatives to find argumentation why diversity in tower typology could revitalize the city of Hong Kong, improve its living conditions and give a new boost to the housing market. This collection of models is a result of a semester’s exploration by 23 students in the Master of Architecture in the Department of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong from September to December of 2013.
